TURKEY WEEK IS HERE!!
During the week of November 2nd through November 8th, the Kearney USBC bowler bowling the most pins over their average in every adult league will receive a gift certificate from Grand Central Apple Market for a free turkey up to $25 in value. The bowler will use their current average in the league they are bowling in (average must be based on at least 12 games – only bowlers with at least 12 games in the league can qualify for a turkey in that league). The local association will compile the winners for each league from the score sheets submitted to them for that week. Winners will be posted on our website as soon as they are determined (www.kearneybowling.com). Bowlers must bowl during their regular scheduled session to qualify (pre-bowled or post-bowled games will not count). Certificates will be given to the league secretary for distribution to the winners during the week of November 9th through November 15th. Leagues will receive a gift certificate for every playing strength of 50 bowlers (or fraction there of) in their league. A bowler may win only one turkey during the week. In case of a tie, fractional pins will be used to determine the winner. If a tie still exists, multiple certificates will be awarded. NOTE: The local association will collect score sheets and compile the scores and determine the winners in each league.
